Legend of Kedungsana Village


Once upon a time in the village there are a pair of husband and wife who live happy and peaceful, secure a pair of husband and wife is so studious and diligent work, man named Kedung and his wife named Nyi Sana.

To found the needs of his life, Ki Kedung and Nyi Sana to farm. Besides planting rice, They also plant kind of crops like cucumbers also and eggplant. Finally, until now a lot of people to plant crops like kedungsana: cucumber, eggplant, long beans and other crops were planted as well. It is obvious that most of the villagers of Kedungsana life as farmers and peasants.

In the Shelter of  Ki Kedung and Nyi Sana traversed by a river stretching to the north. The River is named "SOKA" the springs is from Mount Ciremai in Bondet and empties. The river divides the village of soka Kedungsana into two East Block and West Block and Block Soka river reached veer toward the northeast and dividing North Soka and South Soka

Around the year 1450M, Ki Kedung and Nyi Sana began familiar with Ki Kuwu Cirebon.
